So I just got my housing assignment! I am living in an apartment with another person in downtown Florence. Specifically, my address is Borgo degli Albizi 3. However that is not my mailing address, just where I'm living. Standby for mailing/emergency contact address! I was looking at some maps today and it seems to be right in the center of all of the action. I am really excited about it, but still pretty unsure how I am going to get to class. They'll tell me everything when I get there I guess!
So this is about what I know now:
While I am over there, I have classes Mon-Thur.
Mon: Italian Language 1:30 - 2:45
Tuesday:Post-Modern Fiction 10:30 - 1:15; Italian Language 1:30 - 2:45; Topics 3:00 - 4:15
Wednesday: Italian Language 1:30 - 2:45, Intro to Painting 3:00 - 7:15
Thursday: Italian Language 1:30-2:45, Topics 3:00 - 4:15
My classes are all just outside of Florence in the NYU campus area there.
Anyway, I've got get back to reading Room with a View. Apparently its better than every guidebook. I'll keep you all posted! Feel free to comment with places that you all have been that I can't miss. I'll take pictures when I go and post them here!

On January 13, 2009, I leave for Florence Italy and do not return until early May! I've realized that it is going to be challenging to keep in touch with everybody, so I have set this up - a place to put my pictures and adventures and how much I miss you all! Ciao!
